Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

We hope you had a great Thanksgiving. Ours was a little small and felt odd at first but I think that was only because it wasn't as crazy as it usually is. After a few bites of yummy turkey, mashed potatoes and other good food it felt really good to be more relaxed. We loved to spend the day with the grandparents, Susie, Travis and Maddy. We missed Callan a lot but are glad he was able to head to New York to visit his best friend and experience the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in person. Eric had to work but he showed up for dinner. He even got to video chat with his sister this evening which is a rear treat.

Eric and I are thankful for Jesus and how He was our ultimate sacrifice so that we could partake in the wonderful blessing of being His children. We are thankful that He brought us together and that He's strengthened our marriage and love through ups and downs. That He blessed us with the most wonderful (sometimes frustrating) and amazing children and with a close extended family. We are thankful for the friends He's brought into our lives that we now consider as family. Ahh, I'm like Katelyn and can honestly say the list can go on and on.
