Fake Birthdays

This weekend Grandpa Mike and Grandma Vel came for a visit. It was really nice to be able to hang out with them all day getting caught up on the family and laughing.

This evening they had a special treat for the girls and surprised them with a birthday party since they won't be able to be around for their real birthdays. Grandma took them to the grocery store and let them each pick out a cake that they wanted. Katelyn chose cupcakes and Emily pumpkin pie.

The girls had a good time celebrating their birthdays early. Thank you Grandpa Mike and Grandma Vel for making their day special!!
