Health Fair

This morning the girls and I walked to the YMCA to take part of the Health Fair. Thankfully the rain held off as we didn't care to get wet. The girls enjoyed going to each booth and learning about healthy snacks, the importance of brushing their teeth and getting their face painted.

The Son of the Reptile Man was there showing off the many different animals he brought. We saw lizards, an alligator and snakes. Katelyn got to hold a rather long python and afterwards both girls got to touch a few of the animals. The first thing Katelyn said was that Grandma Vel would have LOVED to hold the snake. So here's a few pictures for you Grandma Vel. . . hee hee!

Before our walk home we sat in the fire truck and ambulance and then jumped in the bouncy house.
