Preparing

For the past month Katelyn has been researching and collecting information on Germany for her upcoming Culture Fair at school. It's been a rather long process but we've made it through.

Tonight the girls helped bake gingerbread cookies for the fair. And if you're wondering who made them, wonder no more . . . YES, it was little old can't stand to bake ME. They didn't turn out all that bad if I do say so myself. Eric had to help me roll it out because they were so sticky. After all he is the resident baker who knows how to avoid the dough sticking all over the rolling pin (even though I did flour every inch of that thing!). Katelyn did a wonderful job helping out and Emily did a wonderful job of playing in the flour.
