Changes?

Today was a beautiful sunny day. A far cry from last week's snow, rain and lightening. Do we even hint at saying that Spring is indeed here? This afternoon Katelyn picked a small batch of daffodils from our yard. Yes, I actually do have flowers in my garden!! Amazing but it's true.

Since Spring is a time for new growth and changes I had to post something from the Bunny Ear Eater. I received a lovely chocolate Easter Bunny with extremely long ears today. Attached to it was a note saying, "Dear Krista - I have truly turned over a new leaf. These ears should help make up for all the other ears. Love, Mom".

Humm, do I trust her? What do you think? I think I will have to be on guard to see if she has truly reformed. But I'm thinking with Easter a year away that she might not be able to curb her chocolate Easter bunny ear craving. Time will tell. Stay tuned for an update in 2009.
