The Tide is Out

Today we decided to head into Tillamook to explore the Air Museum and Tillamook Cheese Factory because the weather wasn't supposed to be very nice. On the way past Haystack Rock we saw that the tide was out and decided to turn around and go exploring. The girls were amazed at how big it was up close and personal.

We saw many sea creatures like hermit crabs, sea anemones, starfish and muscles. We enjoyed seeing all the birds fly around the rock and watching the waves crash against it.

After we finished our exploration we went back to our hotel and had lunch before we headed to our destination for the day.
