Taking Em to Camp

Well, our little Em is off to her first week of camp. It happens to also be the first week she'll be away from us and it not being at a relative's house. I will honestly say that I was very nervous about this but I shouldn't have been.

All week she was telling us how nervous she is because she "Doesn't know what to expect." That changed this morning because she was super excited. Her hair is now long enough for Aunt Jenny to French Braid so she went to camp in style. As soon as we got her settled into her cabin she asked if we could leave. WHAT?! Leave so soon? Wait, but, you're my baby and you NEED ME? Don't you? . . . . Guess she was ready to be on her own.

We did wait long enough for Kaitlyn and Josceyln to arrive and while we waited we took some pictures and even ran into Katelyn's counselor.

We'll let you know when we hear from her. Don't count on it but if she does it'll be an extra treat.
