Birthday Party!

Emily had her "Super Mario" party this afternoon. Eric made her a Luigi cake and we decorated with red and green colors as they are the Super Mario colors. She had a good time with her friends celebrating at Alfy's Pizza. The party was small but I don't think it matter too much to her. They had fun playing video games paid for by Larry. The kids were so delighted to have money to play a few games. Larry spent most of the time getting stuffed animals out of the stuffed animal machine. And yes, he was able to get two. One he gave to Emily and the other Grandma Carol.

Afterward we took her to the Mall where she got her ears pierced. She choose ruby red earrings as she loves the color red because it matches her hair. She was big and brave even though she was very scared.

Nana, Larry and Great Nana were able to come over for the weekend to help us celebrate Em's big birthday weekend and help us out. Grandpa Dave and Grandma Carol were able to come to the birthday party and helped us decorate the party room.

Now on to relaxing and gearing up for her real birthday tomorrow. Thanks to all for the wonderful presents and helping Emily celebrate.
