Happy Birthday Emily!

Today Emily is 7-years-old. She woke up "feeling older". The first present she opened was a book made by Katelyn. Nana sat and read her the book full of adventures and fun. Eric made her pancakes for breakfast and then she opened more presents before Nana, Larry and Great Nana had to go back home to Eastern Washington.

She decided to go to Chevy’s Fresh Mex Restaurant for her Birthday Lunch where they sang a birthday song to her and gave her an sombrero. She said, "I'm a Canadian person now that I have a Sombrero." We ended the day going to Grandpa Dave and Grandma Carol's house for yet another Birthday celebration. It was fun to pull up to their house and see a small birthday sign on their door. Grandma Carol baked her a cake because it was her "real" birthday.
