Saturday Happenings

This is Eric's weekend to work so us girls were on our own. After an exciting trip to the grocery store we took a walk to the YMCA. We had seen that there was a yard sale there but by the time we ate lunch and walked over there they had closed up shop.

We ended up going down to Snohomish to hang out at one of our favorite parks. The weather was pretty good despite the fact that it's been Fall like all week. On our way down we watched people parachuting. To which both girls decided they'd like to try it out one day . . . . EEKS! We were also startled by a plane flying directly over our van while it landed. And I mean it was right over us ready to touch down. The road follows right along side the airport so when the planes land they are very low to the ground by the time they cross over the road. It was exciting as we have always wanted to see that happen.

Other then that, we had a relaxing day. We finished it out by reading, "The Great Brain".
