Busy day for Em

WOW! This was one busy day and full of action. This morning Em got up and helped Eric wash and wax his bike. She did a wonderful job of cleaning the chrome and enjoyed spraying her Dad in the process. Afterwards I took her to Open Swim at McCollum Park Pool. The pool was beyond crowded but she managed to enjoy it.

After a quick shower we took off in search for Slurpees. Em has been dying for a Slurpee for a few days now so I thought we'd treat ourselves to one. Slurpees always taste really good on hot summer days.

We ended our day at National Night Out in Mountlake Terrace. It was fun to see Eric and take part in all the different activities. Em enjoyed jumping in the bouncy houses, getting a tattoo on her arm, sitting on Eric's bike, eating hot dogs (that fell on the ground twice but she didn't care because of the 5 second rule), eating cotton candy (gasp, oh no! Don't tell Grandma Carol), watching the Bubble Man and getting her portrait drawn.
